The trial and conviction of Iva Toguri d'Aquino may have been one of the most egregious miscarriages of justice in American legal history.  ...if Iva was a victim of injustice, it was because she was also victim of a legend.  In 1945 she had become identified as Tokyo Rose...no such person ever existed...
